University Place and Franciscan St. Elizabeth Health will present “Providing Palliative Care Today” at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at University Place, 1700 Lindberg Rd. in West Lafayette.
Cecilia May, M.D., a hospitalist with Franciscan Physician Network who practices at Franciscan St. Elizabeth Health’s facilities, will present “Providing Palliative Care Today.” Information including goals of palliative care, how palliative care is provided, physicians and nurses who practice palliative care and more will be provided.
This event is free and registration is not required. Coffee, soda, water and tea will be provided.
