The Kathryn Weil Center for Education will offer a tuberculosis instructor course. The course is held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, April 19. Cost for this program is $125, which is non-refundable.
This course provides participants the principles of various teaching methods and the opportunity to demonstrate one’s ability to teach the Basic Tuberculosis Course. Participants must be a health care professional who is responsible for tuberculosis education and who holds a four-year degree in a health-related field or a current Indiana professional license. Participants must also have taken the Basic Tuberculosis and Skin Test course within three years and not less than six months of applying for the instructor course.
The Kathryn Weil Center for Education is located on the fourth floor of the Medical Arts Building, 415 N. 26th St., Suite 400 in Lafayette.
